2. On-Site Walkthrough & Custom Proposal ($150)
This step covers both 60-minute on-site visit at your property followed by a custom proposal. During the session, we walk the land, assess light and soil, and brainstorm ideas that feel right for your life and the landscape. You then get a tailored plan with plant selections, layout, materials, and pricing.
3. Planting and Ongoing Support
We install with care, layering plants that thrive in California ecology. Includes guidance so your garden continues to evolve beautifully season after season.

We handle design, plant curation and delivery, and installation for in-ground and container setups. This includes custom uprise beds and planters, pathways, soft ground treatments, fencing, and complementary soft hardscaping that all flow together in Melissa’s intentional style.
As your project manager, Melissa coordinates every step of the process. She sources plants from trusted local nurseries, prepares the detailed design, and works closely with your gardener or our expert installation team. This delicate dance of logistics ensures each phase flows smoothly. She remains present throughout the entire project and provides ongoing maintenance guidance so your garden continues to thrive long after planting.
For preparation and installation, we can collaborate with your existing gardener and/or bring in our expert team as needed to ensure a seamless, efficient process.
